Job summary

Anderson McQue Inc on-site Industrial Field Service Engineer role involves commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining and validating pharmaceutical equipment across client sites in Ireland. You will ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction while maintaining records and stock.

The position requires several years of field service experience, professionalism, and flexibility for site travel. Training and development are provided by a multinational company.

Experience in servicing pharmaceutical sites.
Several years of field service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide complete on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment and applications.
Deliver service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records and paperwork; manage spare parts stock.
Participate in On-Call Engineer Rota; liaise with Head of Industrial Field Service on feedback and opportunities.
Provide onsite briefings and training to customers and colleagues.
