Job summary

Anderson McQue is recruiting on behalf of our multinational client to provide on-site service to Laboratory & Healthcare customers across Ireland. You will commission, fault-find, service, calibrate and validate equipment, ensuring safety, reliability and complete documentation for each site.

Requirements include 2–3 years in a field service role and a desirable electrical qualification; you must communicate clearly with technical and non-technical customers and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar field service role.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical customers.
• Willingness to write reports and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment.
• Ensure equipment and products are left in a safe, usable state.
• Deliver service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and paperwork, create service reports for customer signature.
• Travel within Ireland with occasional overseas travel.
