Job summary

Anderson McQue is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service to Laboratory & Healthcare customers across Ireland. You will commission, fault-find, service, calibrate and validate equipment, ensure safe operation, and maintain detailed service records.

You will travel within Ireland, liaise with customers, and report findings in English. Electrical qualification is desirable; 2–3 years in a similar role and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field service role.
• Experience working as a Field Service Engineer.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical customers.
• Willingness to writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment.
• Deliver service excellence and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain records and create service reports for customer signature and complete paperwork on time.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and ISO Quality Procedures.
• Carry stock of spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle and manage it.
• Occasionally travel overseas as required.
