Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a Field based Service Engineer to provide support for a wide range of medical devices across Ireland. The role is 100% field-based and will predominantly service Munster/South Ireland with IOI involvement as required.

Responsibilities include installations, preventative and corrective maintenance, calibration, and liaising with customers to ensure minimal downtime. A biomedical/electrical background and driver’s license are essential for this busy, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Background in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation engineering.
• Strong fault diagnosis and resolution skills for hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain a wide range of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes to ensure quick repairs.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics for installations and demonstrations.
• Provide training and device care guidelines to customers and field team.
• Maintain calibration and traceability records for ISO standards.
