Job summary

Diageo seeks a Compliance Manager - European Logistics to lead strategy, governance and execution of compliance standards across Europe’s beer logistics network, including 3PL partners. The role travels across Ireland, the UK and continental Europe and sits on the Primary Logistics Leadership Team.

You will embed best-in-class practices, drive risk assessments, audits and business continuity, and partner with global and site teams to improve controls and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical, scientific, business or supply chain field.
• Experience in logistics/compliance in FMCG or beverage sectors preferred.
• Ability to lead audits, risk assessments and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance plan for European logistics.
• Embed governance processes and monitor performance across multiple sites and 3PLs.
• Lead risk identification, assessment and business continuity planning.
• Drive audits, CAPA and continuous improvement across the network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compliance priorities.
