Job summary

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Events to assist in the delivery of marketing tasks for World of Coffee tradeshows and the World Coffee Championships in 2027. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is detail-oriented, agile, and collaborative.

You'll manage event marketing tasks, social campaigns, newsletters, onsite support, and post-event reporting, working with sponsorship and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications or Administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Office programs.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support event marketing; core tasks including social campaigns and content creation.
• Build newsletters and coordinate with events, sponsorship and creative teams.
• Update event websites with imagery, graphics and copy.
• Assist onsite event teams with production, photography and asset delivery.
• Create post-event reports and ensure sponsorship assets are delivered as contracted.
