Job summary

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Events to assist in the delivery of marketing tasks for World of Coffee tradeshows and the World Coffee Championships in 2027. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will support event marketing, sponsorship collaboration, and general administration while gaining hands-on experience with global campaigns and international travel.

Qualifications

• Three years of Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications or Administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Squarespace, Airtable, and others.

Responsibilities

• Execute a pre-planned social media plan; traffic and curate graphic assets and photography with the creative team, author captions, and deploy campaigns on schedule.
• Build newsletters to a pre-planned schedule in collaboration with the events, sponsorship, and creative teams; curate photography, graphics, and copy to build visually stunning and informative newsletter campaigns.
• Update imagery, graphics, and copy on event websites as needed.
• Assist onsite event and competition teams; assist with onsite production, organize onsite photography, deploy social campaigns, and coordinate asset and collateral delivery with the event audio-visual teams.
• Create post-event reports for both tradeshows and competitions and ensure event photography and videography collateral is delivered to sponsors as contracted.
