Job summary

The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) invites applications for a Marketing Coordinator, Events to support World of Coffee tradeshows and the World Coffee Championships in 2027. This role suits someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

You will execute social media, build newsletters, update event site content, assist onsite teams, and help produce post-event reports.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications or Administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office programs.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Buffer, Squarespace, Airtable, and others.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

Execute a pre-planned social media plan; curate assets and deploy campaigns on schedule.
Build newsletters to a pre-planned schedule; curate photography, graphics and copy for campaigns.
Update imagery, graphics, and copy on event websites as needed.
Assist onsite event and competition teams; coordinate asset delivery with AV teams.
Create post-event reports and ensure collateral is delivered to sponsors.
