Job summary

Jobtailor in Dublin, Ireland, seeks an experienced Events Coordinator to manage the day‑to‑day delivery of in‑person and virtual events across the organization. You will oversee attendee lists, registrations, confirmations and communications, ensuring smooth execution and strong stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities include capturing feedback, preparing event briefs and background packs, promoting events with the Marketing team, and assisting with event messaging.

Requirements
  • High academic achievement in a relevant discipline such as business, marketing, communications, event management or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ professional experience in an B2B events, coordination, operations or stakeholder‑engagement role
  • Experience preparing event documentation, including briefs, agendas, checklists, speaker packs and background materials
  • Ability to manage event administration such as attendee lists, registrations, confirmations, communications and follow‑ups
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring partnership commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and consistently
