Logitech is hiring a Benefits Specialist to manage the operations and administration of benefits programs for the EMEA region, in a hybrid Cork-based role. You will support day-to-day benefits administration, act as first point of escalation for People Operations, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate, compliant processing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in benefits support, knowledge of LOA programs, and familiarity with Workday.

Formación

• Strong working knowledge of EMEA benefits, leave of absence programs and compliance requirements.
• Workday experience desirable.
• 5+ years of experience working in benefits support.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day benefits administration for employee benefits across health & welfare, retirement and wellness.
• Serve as escalation point for People Operations on benefits inquiries and processes for EMEA and global programs.
• Audit benefits data, payroll deductions and enrollments for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
