Job summary

Logitech seeks an experienced Global Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for select EMEA countries. You will work with partners to collect inputs, run reconciliations, and perform close procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes a technology-first mindset with AI/ML/RPA to streamline processes and deliver accurate payroll outcomes across a fast-paced, global team in Cork and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior payroll role across the EMEA region.
• Strong transformation focus using AI/ML/RPA in payroll processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or payroll certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Logitech’s end-to-end payroll for selected EMEA countries.
• Collaborate with payroll partners to collect inputs and perform reconciliations.
• Complete payroll close procedures with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Present flux analysis to stakeholders and ensure compliance with local regulations.
