Job summary

Logitech is seeking an experienced Global Payroll professional to join the Controllership Finance – Global Payroll Team in Cork, Ireland. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll for EMEA regions while driving transformation initiatives to automate payroll operations.

You will partner with HRIS, People Services, and Finance to optimize processes, remain compliant with local laws, and support month‑end close and audits in a fast‑paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in a senior analyst payroll role across the EMEA region.
• Strong interest in applying AI/ML/RPA to improve payroll workflows and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll certification.
• Solid understanding of EMEA payroll taxes, deductions, social security, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payroll for selected EMEA countries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with payroll partners to collect inputs and perform reconciliations.
• Complete payroll close with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Present flux analysis to stakeholders and resolve data issues.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Support Global Payroll Transformation initiatives to automate processes.
