Logitech is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Payroll in Cork, Ireland, offering a hybrid work model (2–3 days on site) for a 6-month contract. The role leads monthly payroll for multiple EMEA locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across payroll data.

The successful candidate will partner with P&C Operations, Total Rewards, and other teams on system implementations and upgrades, while delivering precise payroll filings and audits. Strong Excel skills and SOX knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience processing Payroll for the EMEA region.
• Experience handling high-volume monthly payroll across multiple EMEA locations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices and procedures across EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from employees, managers, and business partners, ensuring service levels are met.
• Document and maintain Payroll Procedures Manual.
• Coordinate data transfers with P&C Operations, Total Rewards, Stock Administration, Tax, and Partners.
