Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a motivated Email Marketing Manager to own email communications for our digital platform focused on cognitive development. You will manage transactional messages, automated flows, and campaigns across international markets to boost trials, subscriptions, and retention.

You will localize content, craft English copy, design templates, and run A/B tests while analyzing performance. Collaboration with product and growth teams and hands-on ESP experience will be key to driving

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional email marketing experience.
Experience with transactional emails and automated flows.
Strong English writing and content localization skills.
Familiarity with ESPs like Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or SendGrid.
Basic HTML/CSS understanding and ability to edit email layouts.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize transactional emails.
Develop automated email flows for onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back.
Improve trial registrations and subscription conversions via email.
Localize email content for international markets.
Write engaging English email copy and create templates.
Plan and run A/B tests and analyze performance.
Monitor metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with product and growth teams.
