Jobgether seeks an Affiliate Manager to drive growth in Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets from a fully remote base. You will identify, recruit, and develop high-value partners, building strategic collaborations to generate sustained revenue.

You will lead negotiations, optimize performance with data-driven insights, and implement regional strategies across international markets while ensuring brand compliance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related field.
• Experience building revenue-generating partnerships across international markets.
• Native-level Spanish or professional fluency (C1) with ability to lead negotiations.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) for international collaboration.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, especially Impact.
• Strong SEO knowledge using Ahrefs and understanding digital acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth in Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners; create tailored growth plans.
• Maintain relationships through QBRs, MBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor partner performance using revenue, ROAS, and AOV; address underperformance and risks.
• Negotiate partnerships and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand guidelines, and marketing standards.
