Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Manager — Measure Marketing for remote work with overlaps to North American Eastern Time, open to Europe or Latin America. Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management in a digital marketing agency, SaaS, or similar B2B service.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC, with interest in AI-powered search and GEO/AEO.
• Ability to interpret GA4, Google Search Console, and dashboard data and explain trends.

Responsabilités

• Own client relationships and account performance with proactive delivery coordination.
• Lead regular check-ins, monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews to set next priorities.
• Interpret performance data and present clear insights and recommended actions to clients.
• Translate success plans into actionable ClickUp projects with owners and milestones.
• Coordinate SEO, PPC, content, web and development teams while managing scope and profitability.
• Maintain HubSpot records and automate reporting and follow-up activities.
