Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, GDN).
• Experience managing large monthly ad budgets (>= $300,000).
• Experience optimizing conversion funnels and web pages.
• Solid grasp of performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV.

• Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and GDN.
• Manage monthly budgets exceeding $300,000 and ensure profitability.
