Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Data Centre Strategic Accounts Manager to grow revenue with large international Data Centre operating companies. The role involves direct client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end bid management to secure commercial opportunities.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, you will align commercial and engineering responses, maintain market intelligence, and drive customer success while promoting Eaton’s differentiated value at multiple levels of the client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering or equivalent Data Centre industry experience.
• Relevant experience in the Data Centre business is required.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and coordinate others as the position requires entrepreneurial spirit and strong influencing skills.
• Knowledgeable on Data Centre design and operations; engineering presence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own an agreed commercial Account Plan to meet targets across sales, orders, pipeline, margins, and reach key contacts.
• Build positive relations with account decision makers and influencers.
• Articulate client buying processes and capture opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate commercial and engineering bids to client requirements and secure orders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful post-order handover and customer satisfaction.
