Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader for the EMEA region, focusing on the Data Center segment. The role links market insight to portfolio execution, guiding strategy planning and offer development across sub‑segments.

Location preference is UK, with Ireland/Western Europe as alternatives. You will drive go‑to‑market, performance KPIs, and business development, collaborating with PLMs, sales, and marketing to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field required
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• 10–15 years in Offer Management, Business Development, or Strategy roles
• Experience with strategy planning, segmentation, and portfolio strategy preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Segment Strategy Planning process and develop metrics to track performance
• Define and evolve the offer portfolio for Data Center segments, identify sub‑segments, gaps, and remediate plans
• Coordinate with PLMs, regional marketing, and global segment direction for end‑to‑end offers
• Drive marketing and demand generation alignment with segment priorities
• Foster partnerships, channel strategies, and cross‑BU collaboration to grow the integrated solutions portfolio
