Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Business Implementation Manager for Client Onboarding in Dublin. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding, migration planning, execution, testing, and transitioning clients into BAU operations within a global fund services environment.

The role requires 8–10+ years in fund services, strong project management and client-facing skills, and experience managing complex migration projects across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years' experience in fund services, asset servicing, or fund administration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating at Manager level.
• Strong experience delivering client onboarding, implementation, or migration projects.
• Proven experience managing full migration lifecycles, from planning through post-implementation stabilisation.
• Hands-on experience managing testing programmes, including dry runs, parallel runs, and reconciliations.
• Strong operational knowledge across fund services including Transfer Agency, Custody, and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager between sales, operations, and external clients during onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end client implementation projects and migration planning/execution.
• Coordinate complex client migrations to meet timelines and plans.
• Oversee testing activities: dry runs, parallel runs, data validation, reconciliations.
• Develop migration runbooks and implementation documentation.
• Ensure onboarding activities meet governance, risk, and quality standards.
• Support transition of onboarded clients into operational teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout implementation.
• Monitor onboarding performance metrics and service delivery.
