Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custody new business implementations and fund launches. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with sales, operations and relationship teams to define transition timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding schedules, guiding workstreams, and ensuring milestones and risk management across regions. A background in investment management is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manages custody new business implementations, coordinating with client, consultants, prior custodian and investment manager to set transition guidelines.
• Serves as primary client contact on transition issues and communicates requirements to clients and stakeholders.
• Translates client needs into procedures and documentation for internal teams.
• Coordinates pre-implementation meetings across sales, operations and relationship staff.
• Leads client servicing and transition teams and schedules ongoing servicing discussions.
• Collects client information to ensure accurate account setup and distributes to relevant areas.
• Creates and maintains the transition project plan and onboarding schedule.
• Supports the sales process as SME, identifying client needs and delivering transition plans.
• Ensures delivery of milestones, scope, and timely updates across workstreams.
• Provides leadership to SMEs and BAs across regions for global custody projects.
