The Citco Group Limited is seeking a senior leader to head Custody Operations within Fund Administration and Custody. You will report to the Head of Custody Operations and oversee global teams, ensure service levels, client deliverables, and onboarding initiatives.

You will drive risk management, KPI reporting, SLA management, and recruitment, with focus on strategic planning, budgeting, and staff development across SVPs to managers.

Formación

• 15+ years’ experience working at a fund administrator specializing in hedge funds and fund of funds.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Negotiation, business planning and budgeting skills.
• Proven project management ability with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA designation advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Report into the Head of Custody Operations and oversee daily operations of global teams.
• Review and support new client mandates, including RFP analysis and custody input.
• Represent Custody in new business pitches, mandate meetings, and client presentations.
• Perform resourcing forecasts to support onboarding and growth initiatives.
• Lead and coach staff including SVPs, VPs, Managers, and Supervisors.
• Establish client communication matrix and ensure channels are in place.
• Establish, manage and monitor client SLAs and KPI reporting.
• Support onboarding with integration team for new clients.
