Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support emerging markets and coordinate critical commercial processes. You will work across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure accurate order management, pricing, contracts, and demand planning while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations is required.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end order management processes and ensure timely processing.
• Support contract creation, review, renewal and pricing governance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit trails across activities.
• Maintain CRM data, manage opportunities and generate reports.
• Provide on-site support and training for commercial teams as needed.
