Abbott in Ireland seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to support emerging markets across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal and Commercial Excellence. You will coordinate order management, pricing, contract activity, and compliance while maintaining CRM data and generating operational reports.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial operations, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Excellence, or related functions.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP or equivalent).
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end order management processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Maintain customer pricing files and governance processes to ensure pricing accuracy.
Support creation, review, and renewal of customer contracts and commercial agreements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations and audit trails in all activities.
Maintain accurate opportunity data within CRM systems and support sales pipeline updates.
Provide operational support to the sales organization, including reports, dashboards, and documentation.
