Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Channel Account Manager I to drive revenue through partner engagement in Ireland. This remote role focuses on expanding and retaining MSP-based partnerships, delivering cybersecurity solutions to customers via the Huntress platform.

Reporting to the Manager, Channel Account Management, you will manage partner relationships, hit quotas, and contribute to a high-impact sales agenda with strong emphasis on expansion and retention across our partner base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
• Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
• Passionate about working in the partner community, being an advocate for them, and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion metrics and renewal rates
• Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
• Maintain and reinforce Huntress’ culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
