Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, VAR & Channel Partnerships based in Ireland, responsible for creating a global reseller ecosystem for an AI infrastructure platform. Initially an individual contributor, you will recruit VARs, manage activation, and drive first partner-sourced bookings across NA, EMEA, and APJ.

You will design the channel strategy, enablement programs, and co-selling processes, with a plan to scale by leading a team as the program grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel/partner sales within infrastructure, AI, or cloud tech.
• Proven track record in building partner channels from early stages.
• Strong executive relationships with national and regional VARs.

Responsabilités

• Lead global VAR/channel strategy across NA, EMEA, APJ.
• Recruit and activate national/regional VARs with real revenue potential.
• Manage partner activation lifecycle from engagement to first transaction.
• Define partner commercial model with discounts, incentives, and MDF governance.
• Own PoR, deal registration, renewal rights, and channel conflict resolution.
• Develop distribution relationships to accelerate partner transactions.
• Align internal incentives with channel objectives for co-selling.
• Build multi-party opportunities with NVIDIA alliances and distributors.
• Lead partner sales enablement, certification, and tier requirements.
• Direct joint marketing initiatives with measurable pipeline objectives.
• Manage Market Development Funds based on pipeline contribution.
• Design future channel organization, hiring, and team structure.
