Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Change Management & Training, to drive organizational change for ERP and SC&O implementations across multiple sites including Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. You will lead readiness, communications, and training programs, collaborating with global teams to ensure a smooth deployment.

The role requires 5+ years in change management with enterprise systems, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain).
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices.
• 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
• 3 years of organizational change management, communications, training, or business adoption leadership within large transformation programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.
• Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the PMO is aligned and informed on resources, deliverables and risks.
• Design stakeholder engagement frameworks across key discussions and decisions.
• Partner with process leads to identify major changes and implement Change Impact Mitigations in project governance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan for migration onto the new platform.
• Provide proactive communications to key groups and gauge organizational pulse through surveys and dialogue.
• Coordinate curriculum and training delivery with global supply chain experts and measure training effectiveness.
• Work with global Supply Chain teams on end-to-end business processes and integration points.
• Deliver quality results on time and within budget.
• Lead project plans and schedules around business simulations and readiness.
