Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in QM in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA QM knowledge including batch management and release workflows.
- Experience with CSV validation and regulatory inspections.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of SAP QM in the Transcend program, ensuring real-time quality event handling.
- Oversee end-to-end release management, lab testing, and batch record review.
- Define batch determination rules and ensure compliant batch usage across Make and Deliver.
- Provide senior functional leadership and coaching to QM SMEs and analysts.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT and Regulatory teams across regions.
