Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend: Process Manager, Global Trade Services (GTS) in Cork, Ireland. This hybrid role will shape global trade processes within a modern ERP environment and support the Transcend transformation for growth and compliance.

You will design and improve end-to-end trade operations, collaborate with IT, legal, and regional teams, and drive standardized solutions while managing risk and ensuring regulatory alignment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school or equivalent; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Certifications: PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma helpful; project management experience.
• Experience: at least 6 years in relevant roles.
• Experience with global trade compliance and ERP/SAP transformation programs.

• Design and document current and future-state global trade processes.
• Convert business challenges into standardized solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders, IT, compliance, and process owners.
• Lead workshops and design reviews to align stakeholders.
