Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in change management, training, or transformation roles supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading global change and training efforts for enterprise systems (ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain).
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain implementations.
• Conduct readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks and mitigations.
