Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Ringaskiddy, Cork seeks a Senior Manager, Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability to lead site EH&S and drive strategic, compliant, and sustainable operations. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive EH&S experience in a complex, regulated environment.
Proven leadership of managers and enterprise-scale programmes.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience building governance, performance management and assurance frameworks.
Knowledge of Irish and EU EH&S legislation and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for site EH&S and integrated strategies.
Lead EH&S managers and teams, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Govern and oversee environmental, safety and sustainability programmes.
Partner with regulators, auditors, contractors and enterprise stakeholders.
Manage resources, budgets and investments to reduce risk and improve performance.
