Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Supplier Management to lead continuous improvement and transformation within Supplier Quality. You will shape governance, roadmaps, and an end-to-end supplier lifecycle across global teams.

You will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to deliver risk-adjusted, data-driven programs, with no direct reports and strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional programs and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and transformation strategy for Supplier Quality.
• Own supplier lifecycle governance from due diligence to exit.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive governance forums.
• Develop executive reporting on portfolio health, risks, and value realization.
• Drive standard work, templates, and escalation pathways across functions.
• Coach leaders in project planning, risk management, and change management.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable quality and supply improvements.
