Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Transcend: Process Manager for Global Trade Services in Cork, Ireland. This hybrid role supports a major ERP transformation across regions, aligning trade requirements with compliance and business value.

The role partners with IT, compliance, and process owners to deliver standardized processes and scalable solutions, enabling growth and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Certifications helpful: PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean, Six Sigma.

Responsabilités

• Design and document current and future-state global trade processes.
• Convert business challenges into practical, standardized solutions.
• Work with business leaders, IT teams, compliance specialists, and global process owners to align requirements and priorities.
• Lead workshops, working sessions, and design reviews that gather input and build stakeholder alignment.
• Identify ways to simplify processes, strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and increase efficiency.
• Contribute to system configuration, testing, deployment, user acceptance, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Develop process documentation, work instructions, training materials, and governance artifacts that enable adoption.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and raise concerns early with clear recommendations.
• Help confirm global trade processes align with applicable trade regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
