Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Cork, Ireland, invites a Process Manager to join the Transcend: GTS program. The role shapes global trade processes within a modern ERP environment, collaborating with regional and IT teams to deliver standardized, compliant solutions.

The position requires strong process design, SAP/ERP knowledge, and a capability to drive value across the organization while supporting patients globally. Hybrid work is available with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience supporting global trade compliance operations and related processes.
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Proven ability to design, improve, and implement business processes.
Excellent communication in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Design and document current and future-state global trade processes.
Lead workshops and design reviews to gather input and build alignment.
Ensure processes align with trade regulations and company policies.
Contribute to system configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
Monitor risks and dependencies, provide clear recommendations.
