Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global Product Specialist to lead product management for Busbar offerings within the Power Management business unit. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams to drive new programs and manage the existing portfolio.

The team focuses on launching new products and services, managing the portfolio, and driving profitability on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with Busbar Trunking systems and IEC standards (IEC 61439) and UL 857.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across regions to meet objectives.
• Proven problem solving, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Smartsheet, and business apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans from introduction to end of production.
• Develop and maintain business cases through ideation, development, and launch.
• Research market trends, demand drivers, and customer needs to shape product strategy.
• Convert insights into market requirements and product plans.
• Ensure accurate customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral.
