Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an early-career Program Manager for our Busbar NPDI team in Ireland. The role leads new product development and sustaining projects from concept to production, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards.

You will drive cross-functional planning, monitor schedules and resources, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership, all while adhering to NPDI Stage

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Project or Program Management.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD/NPDI) projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Waterfall / Stage Gate project management methodologies.
• Strong planning and scheduling experience, including Gantt chart management.
• Experience with KPI reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of project risk management and mitigation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and project meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to build strong relationships across multiple business functions and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of NPDI projects from concept through launch.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with NPDI Stage Gate process.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and business performance.
