Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a Bid Coordinator based in Dublin. You will coordinate the complete bid lifecycle, from gathering inputs to final submission, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and brand guidelines.

You will review tender documents, manage cross-functional inputs, and format proposals with MS Word/PowerPoint/InDesign. Strong English skills and organisational ability are essential; German is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids for architecture/engineering projects.
• Knowledge of public and private tender processes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
• Excellent organisational and deadline management.
• Strong written and verbal English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire preparation and submission process for bids and tenders.
• Review RFP and tender documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.
• Manage inputs from internal/external experts, consultants, and partners for timely compilation of documents.
• Format and compile bid documents to meet RFP standards and brand guidelines; support proposals.
• Uphold document control, proofreading, QA, and maintain bid content library.
