Job summary

Design Build Search, in Galway, seeks a BID and Marketing Coordinator to lead the bid management process and coordinate tenders across exciting projects. The role sits in the Galway office with exposure to Dublin opportunities and an award-winning team.

You will identify public tenders, manage SAQs and pre-qualifications, and drive proposals and collateral. Strong communication and coordination with engineers are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Qualification in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years post graduate experience.
• Highly motivated bid writer to lead, coordinate and secure work.
• Excellent communication, management and organisational skills required.
• Experience working and co-ordinating with technical specialists and engineers.
• Efficient work methods, capable of team work and self-start.
• Experience organizing and delivering complex tasks involving multiple parties within a short timeframe.
• Experience in Consulting Engineering or similar company would be a plus.
• Experience completing public sector tenders would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate bid management within the company.
• Manage all tenders and enquiries.
• Identify public tender and business opportunities.
• Oversee complete tender process including SAQs and pre-qualification documents and quality and commercial submissions.
• Lead production of tenders for submission to clients within defined tender periods and meet deadlines.
• Track opportunities on tender portals such as eTenders.
• Produce and improve tender proposals, brochures, qualification and presentation material.
• Manage company social media accounts and company website.
• Develop and maintain tender tracking systems and metrics.
