Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Bid Coordinator to manage the full submission process for public and private tenders, expressions of interest, and pre-qualification documents.

You will coordinate inputs from internal and external subject matter experts, ensure deadlines are met, format bid documents to meet RFP standards and brand guidelines, and maintain the bid content library and supporting databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination for architecture/engineering/construction bids.
• Strong understanding of public and private tender processes.
• Degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire preparation and submission process for tenders, EOIs and pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Review RFP/tender documents to identify submission requirements, deadlines and compliance criteria.
• Gather inputs from internal/external subject matter experts and partners to compile documentation.
