Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join the Scaled Growth team in Dublin. You will own global agency OKR planning, coordinate with regional leaders, and drive execution against strategic goals to fuel advertiser growth at scale.

You will run leadership forums, manage cross-functional communications, and provide executive support to the regional head, championing a high-performance culture while delivering results across multiple regions and products.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, programme management, strategy or operations.
• Strong planning, resource allocation, risk management and prioritisation aligned with organisational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Drive business rhythm and planning: Own the global agency team’s OKR planning and tracking, and work with regional leaders to align priorities, resources and execution against business goals.
• Run key leadership forums: Establish and manage critical forums, including Business Review Sessions, XFN alignment meetings and OKR planning offsites.
• Serve as XFN point of contact: Act as the designated POC for assigned partners, owning information flow and escalations.
• Lead strategic initiatives: Proactively identify issues and improvements and lead projects from design to execution.
• Champion team culture: Act as a culture ambassador, fostering an energised team and engagement.
• Executive support: Manage the regional head’s calendar, budget and travel, and provide high-level administrative support.
