Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Agency Business Excellence Manager for Scaled Growth (GBS) to lead agency OKR planning, leadership forums, and cross-functional collaboration from Dublin. You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate with regional teams, and support the regional head with calendar, budget and travel logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, programme management, strategy or operations.
• Strong planning and prioritisation aligned with organisational strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for senior leadership.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region projects in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global agency team’s OKR planning and tracking with regional alignment.
• Establish and manage leadership forums and OKR planning offsites.
• Act as XFN POC for assigned partners, align priorities, track actions.
• Identify issues and drive critical projects from design to execution.
• Foster a culture of engagement and act as culture ambassador.
• Manage the regional head’s calendar, budget and travel; provide admin support.
