The role suits someone early in their career seeking exposure to the events industry across multiple campuses. Fluency in German and English is required, with up to one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple campus event requests and allocate rooms for optimal space utilization.
• Assign team members to digital and physical event requests.
• Manage centralized intake queue for events within the region.
• Review requests to determine required level of support and assign accordingly.
• Maintain updated calendars and information for all meetings and events.
• Communicate information to internal events team that could impact performance.
• Contribute to reports on event volume, capacity, and data.
