Qualifications

• Assist customers with placing orders, returns, refunds or exchanges according to company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of company facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner.
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and comply with all procedures.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
