Job summary

The People Group in Dublin is seeking an events coordinator with 18 months to 3 years of agency experience to join a growing team working with well-known brands across events and exhibitions.

You’ll attend client meetings, site visits and live events, manage client relationships and develop your event management skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. This is a five-day on-site role with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 months to 3 years’ agency experience across events, experiential or exhibitions.
• Experience working with external clients.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, positive approach and a willingness to get stuck in.
• A full driving licence, with your own transport advantageous.
