Qualifications

• German native or business level and fluent in English or another language.
• At least 1 year of experience in 360° functions (BD and recruitment).

Responsibilities

• Business Development across Europe.
• Define your market potentially all over Europe in the industries of your choice.
• Prospect for new clients: key accounts, SMEs, start-ups.
• Negotiate commercial conditions.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Detect new opportunities and own the full recruitment cycle.
• Sourcing on internal and external databases and social networks.
• Direct approach to candidates and clients.
• Draft advertisements on various job boards.
• Conduct video interviews with candidates across Europe.
• Present selected candidates to clients.
