Job summary

MD7 in Dublin is seeking a Sales Executive, called Lease Consultant, to negotiate lease terms for mobile network site leases and shepherd landlords through the full contract process to final signature. The role features our transparent, uncapped commission structure.

Day-to-day you’ll contact landlords, review lease info, update data, and prepare proposal packages for sending by email or post. Strong French language skills (C2), basic English, and excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• French language skills required at C2 level.
• Basic English knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Efficient time management.
• Strong negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communication with landlords: Negotiating lease agreements via phone and contacting landlords.
• Preparation for landlord conversations: Reviewing and researching lease agreements using various databases and software systems.
• Data maintenance: Entering and updating data.
• Proposal creation: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post.
