Harvey is seeking a Sales Development Representative (German Speaking) who will drive early-stage pipeline across EMEA and help scale our AI platform for legal and professional services. This role requires relocation to Dublin, Ireland, and involves outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and close collaboration with Account Executives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in a fast-growing startup, is fluent in English and German, and comfortable presenting to senior buyers.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue pipeline aligned with Harvey’s profile using outbound tools and personalized outreach.
• Prospect into target accounts across EMEA via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound and inbound follow-up.
• Conduct discovery to understand workflows and identify sales opportunities.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest with timely qualification.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop opportunities and advance deals.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategy.
• Help develop Harvey’s sales playbook and document learnings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and activity targets.
