Job summary

The role is based in Cork or Dublin and may involve rotating shifts and on-call support. Fluent German and strong network/OS support experience are essential to deliver expert guidance to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
• Background in L3 NOC operations with on-call support.
• RF fundamentals knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
