Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Services Europe SARL, Irish Branch is seeking a Support Engineer to join the SATCOM Technical Support team. The role focuses on resolving complex satellite network issues through methodical analysis, documenting solutions, and guiding customers and internal teams to fault resolution.

Expect rotating shifts and work from Cork or Dublin. You will handle escalated cases, analyze latency, jitter, and packet loss, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal service

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Experience with DNS/DHCP/TCP and troubleshooting tools.
• RF fundamentals knowledge is a plus.
• Background in L3 NOC operations and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated satellite network cases and drive to resolution.
• Analyze performance data (latency, jitter, packet loss) and configurations.
• Develop and document technical solutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Provide advanced technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to restore service and ensure satisfaction.
