Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong German and English language skills (C1+).
• Experience resolving technical issues for end customers.

• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage escalations from Tier 1, delivering timely resolutions across phone, email, and chat.
